SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping charge is by weight and location. Please contact us to enquire about domestic or international shipping cost if you have multiple items to consolidate as we can quote you a lower shipment cost. Shipping options are Singapore Post/Speedpost with tracking number.
Self collection with COD is available at Boon Lay MRT during weekdays. Other areas can be arranged during weekends at Buona Vista, Bishan, Serangoon, Payar Lebar.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Customers are free to check item condition during purchase. We will get replacement for manufacturer defect or missing accessories within 3 days of purchase by contacting our email address. However we will not accept return if item is found to been used or not in original full packaging. Dented box packaging is not covered under this policy.
