1) All products remain the property of Nighthood Collectibles until full payment is made.

2) Pre-Order items are subjected to manufacturer delay which is out of retailer control, deposit or 30% of full payment made is not refundable under this circumstances or buyers own personal reasons to cancel order. Deposit/full payment however will be refunded if manufacturer cancelled production.

3) In-Stock items will be shipped immediately upon available, if customer opt for self collection please collect within 2 weeks of notification or deposit will be deemed forfeited if we do not hear from customer after 2 weeks of notification.

4) Overseas customers are responsible for your own country tax and duties.

5) Shipping for Pre-Order is not included. The checkout amount indicated is just estimation. Actual shipping cost will be billed separately after stock arrival. Promo code is to bill shipping later and not free shipping!

 

6) Orders after pre-order closing date will be fulfilled on a best effort basis. In the rare case of unfulfilment, deposit or full payment will be refunded.
